🎁 Christmas Shipping info 🎁
The festive season is fast approaching . To ensure your orders arrive on time, we recommend placing them by 18th or 19th December. This will give couriers a little extra time to account for any delays in the holiday rush. For orders placed on 20th December, we’ll still dispatch on Monday 23rd December, but please note that delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
To help with your planning, here’s our updated Christmas dispatch schedule.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the UK only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to military addresses. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations, including Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands (e.g. Jersey). Please contact us in advance if you're ordering from a remote area to confirm applicable shipping costs.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas; customers are advised to contact us to confirm shipping costs before placing an order.
We also offer a Click & Collect service, available Monday to Saturday. Opening hours may vary—customers will be notified via email when their order is ready for collection.
Please note: Delivery and collection times may vary during public holidays.
3. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched on the same working day if the payment is received before 1:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: Usually 2–3 business days.
- Click & Collect: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically ready same day, but larger orders may take longer.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary.
5. Tracking Information
We ship using UPS with full tracking. Tracking information will be emailed directly to the customer by UPS once the order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Delays & Customer Support

7. Address Errors & Redelivery
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, or if redelivery is required due to a rejected or missed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available at our warehouse during opening hours (Monday to Saturday). Customers will receive a "Ready for Collection" email once their order is prepared. Please check our website for the latest opening hours before visiting.
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For orders containing pre-order or backordered items, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they would prefer the entire order to be held or if available items should be shipped separately.
10. Refunds on Shipping
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases where part of the order is returned.
